Poor time management and poor manicure job!!! At 2:00 pm, I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 pm for Lindsey to do my manicure. At 2:45 pm, I was told there would be a 30-minute delay. At 3:28 pm, I asked the salon manager what was going on. Lindsey joined the conversation and recommended that I have someone else do my nails and guaranteed the recommended technician would do a good job.
