Be careful and double check the work. The install looks good and they did a good job. After 2/3 months of calls and no call back, I finally heard back from the right person. They had install the wrong sink, with out us knowing. When asked for an explanation, all I got back was A) Accept the wrong sink they installed or B) Pay almost $500 extra for the sink we both agreed upon. Bottom line, they refused to accept any of the cost when they installed the wrong sink. Again, looks good just have to double check the work they do.
Wow. Words cannot describe all the good things I have to say about Kitchen Master. From the 1st day we walked in to the showroom, Jennifer Mendez was not only in her element but she knows her products and she has the ability to see my vision. Our 1st experience with the team coming out to set our Quartz countertop was awesome. They were so polite, professional, and seamless. I am thrilled with my selection and they made it possible. Be careful.. they want 50% to confirm order which is normal and 50% when they measure. Basically, 100% before install.. major red flag. Never pay 100% before the instillation.
Really excellent help from Jennifer in planning the major remodel of our kitchen and first floor in Camby. We could not find another business that would do the needed work in our area. She had amazing suggestions that lead to a new, large pantry, open plan to living room and a game room. Assistance was provided in selecting cabinets, counter tops, water proof flooring, lay out and paint colors. We love our new kitchen and all the openness and space her design has given us!
