If you want custom cabinets, beware. They aren't custom. They are limited by the suppliers of their hardware AND the way they want their cabinets designed. I was happy with my bathroom cabinets, so I ordered a couple freestanding custom cabinets for my kitchen to replace some cheap ones. They were expensive, but I felt that it would be worth it in the end. Pam, We built exactly what was ordered. We build custom cabinets everyday. Yes we are limited by track sizes along with every other manufacture in the world. This should have been thought out more if it needed to be this specific of a design. I feel that it is very unfair that you gave us a 1 rating. We reworked this cabinet for you because you did not like it. Now you don't like another aspect of this unit.

I talked to jim today, he is waiting for his doc to release him to go back to work. He said his open heart surgery went well and he feels good. I hope he gets released on Thursday and we get this done.
