I spent alot of money on a pellet stove from them, a year and a half ago, and it has been such a pain in the a$$. Auger jammed up just after the year warranty was up. now at the beginning of it's second burning season the ignitor is burned out. I called the store during a holiday and left a message that I needed pricing on a new part expecting they would return my call when they were available.
