Zero craftsmanship, zero customer service. Caulk was spread two inches up the wall and clumps of caulk left on brand new floor and cabinets. (See pictures). Alerted installer who stated “that is the way we do it”. Went into office with pictures showing the mistakes, where I was argued with and they would not accept any wrong doing. Not until new customers came into the showroom did they offer to send someone out to the job site to shut me up. I intended to hire this company for my kitchen project, but it seems the woman working there is out of touch with reality. It turns out I’m not the only one facing scheduling conflicts, as mentioned in another review. Anyway, moving on from that, the woman called to argue with me about it. All I wanted was a quote and for my project to be completed – not to make friends. When you visit my house, just take measurements and give an estimate for the materials I choose – nothing more. Is that too much to ask?
