The gentleman we worked with trying to find a saute pan was extremely knowledgeable and seemed like he genuinely wanted to make sure we found the item that was exactly what we wanted. Other staff members were friendly and helpful too. Great place to shop if, like me, you aren't exactly an expert in the kitchen.
