Wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. Ordered in Nov.09 Called twice looking for my order also e-mailed. I was charged for items. Received only part order 30 days after order. Rolling pin is not smooth could of used a dowl and made one better myself. Waiting for responce want to return rolling pin. Hoe you have better luck. Lets hope they return my call.
Follow up on my entry: "I Have No Merchandise, They Have My Money" As of 2-25-09 my money has been returned to my checking account.
Nov 26, 08: Ordered custom cookie cutters Dec 1, 08: My account was debited full cost Dec, 08-Feb 5th, 09: At least 6 phone calls, some not returned, was told "If I have time(to check on the order)" and finally "I'll get around to it when I get around to it" I WANT MY MONEY BACK and will glady submit another review when it is returned to my account. I don't want his merchandise..bad business practice. Renee and Dot need to work with for someone who have their kind personalities.
