If I could give zero stars I would. I was incredibly misled and lied to. I hate these pans and if I was given the ability to go back in time in not buy them I would. I begged to return them and was told no. Worse purchase ever. Don't buy and save yourself the money and stress of the worst most inconvenient and inconsistent pans ever . Please save yourself the huge money gouge .
This is a terrible company because they have the worst customer service. Their cutlery is poor quality, and they come up with creative excuses to dodge fulfilling their warranty. Please do not fall prey to this Company's sale tactics.
My Fiancé and I had a terrible experience. We went to a hotel after receiving a reward from a bridal expo in Madison WI. We really enjoyed the experience and then expressed to interests in the supplies. We then went and did research and saw the amount of 1 star ratings and why. So we changed our mind and expressed that we were not interested anymore. After this happened. It's a total scam! We were quoted one price at the demonstration, a flat monthly rate and 1% interest. The price was left blank when we signed and the salesman completed it then shoved into a sealed envelope without discussing. When we got home, we learned the price was $1,000 more, the interest rate was 10% or more, and the monthly rate increased after just 6 months to more than double the quoted price.
