We had an appointment with Heather, who apparently is the owner of this business. We arrived with our masks on, in compliance with the state mandate requiring them in public spaces, and business interacting with the public, and because I have some health issues that may make me more at risk. I just ordered a complete new house of cabinets from Heather. They are beautiful. The workmanship is excellent and the hardware is top-notch. Heather's suggestions all worked well from the self-closing doors to the unique knife-holder drawer. She put up with a ton of visits from me and was always ready to give me her 100% attention. The Kitchen Center worked with my rock people to get my Quartzite slab to their shop for cutting and finishing. The installers were quick, detail-oriented and careful. Do not do business with this company. Heather is rude, and does not want to help in anyway. The install of a solid counter top went well with the crew that was sent, however, there was a color mismatch and a corner around some trim that was not cut properly. When questioned Heather told us she was not going to replace anything and did not care that we were dissatisfied with the product. Bill & Heather of The Kitchen Center designed our office breakroom, conference room & reception area, as well as provide & install the cabinets & counter tops. Heather’s recommendation of the cabinets was excellent! They did a fantastic job, within the timeframe promised, & the office is awesome! I will definitely use them for any future needs & highly recommend them! They are a pleasure to work with!
We got our cabinets and quartz countertops through Bill and Heather for our kitchen remodel. They were both great to work with from start to finish. We're very happy with the entire project (cabinets, design and tops). We have received many compliments on our new kitchen. Everything was on time and stayed within budget. They get our recommendation!
My wife and I are extremely excited with how our kitchen turned out. Heather and the ladies up front were very helpful and were hands on with any questions we had. The installers were very professional and were on time and made sure the house was clean when they left. High quality service and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.
Bill and Heather were great to work with. Top quality service, cabinets and countertops were installed perfectly and on time. Heather created a terrific kitchen design and Bill made some suggestions for enhancements that we truly love. Quality service, quality people and excellent performance. I had a great experience with Heather and her installers. Cabinetry delivered and installed as promised. Two door were slightly warped and installers brought it to my attention and they were replaced within 2 weeks. I love my cabinets and would recommend TKC to my friends!
Bad Business! Despite weeks of mistakes, no refund on easily restocked, metal drawer slide! First they order drawer too large, despite my bringing actual “twin” drawer in for measure (incompetent). Then they promise to fix in 3 days, but take 7 (promise broken). While installing I find they’ve given me a set of mismatched length slides that won’t work even though they claim it will (incompetence #2 and 3).
