I just got off the phone with KBR, subcontractor for Home Depot for quartz countertop I had installed three years ago. The left side of the sink has dropped about 3/4 inch down into the cabinet where the adhesive is no longer holding it. They told me it’s a $200 charge to send someone out. KBR asked if mine had brackets holding in place, I told her no, she replies, oh, we use brackets now with installation. RecommendedShout out to the plumbing department guy, Pete. He had advice for my basement plumbing backup problem that was spot on. Costly, but correct. He saved me from going down an incorrect rabbit hole that would have been useless and additional expense that was unnecessary. This level of advice is why i shop at Home Depot instead of the other ill-equipped home improvement stores. And, why i will look for Pete for his advice on my next trip to Mason Home Depot. Came to pick up a curbside pickup order and they arbitrarily won't bring it out after 6pm. They are open until 8pm. Won't bring a single item out to me and expect me to bring all my kids in with me. I even called to check the hours and ensure they were open. No customer service at all.
will never use home depot again. very upset. have been doing a remodel on home and our fridge came in dented and was told since it was past 24 hours they cant do anything. wow spend a lot of money there and refrigerator comes dented and have been told so many different things and just want my doors fixed and was told only gove me 300. word mouth goes a long away and I definitely wont be using u anymore for the rest of my remodel
Asked a gentleman if he could get someone to cut a sheet of plywood and he told me that they didn’t have people just posted up at the saw. I said I’m asking you to call me help I didn’t say right now and he waived his phone in the air telling me he was calling.. very rude not costumer friendly at all
Trying to find someone that works there let alone a competent person is unheard of. Roll the dice with getting something installed by one of their lowest bidder contractors. Customer service reps are so overworked its sad. We regretted the last few trips/purchases we made there and now choose to drive further to Lowe's. I suggest you do the same.
