Worst company do not purchase anything i did my purchase 1 year ago on Feb 2021 and still waiting for them to finish installing my crown molding I have called text and I always get the excuse that they don't have enough workers on vacation or emergency happen and not able to come install so frustrating they give me dates and no show the worst never will I buy from this company again take your money somewhere else
Horrible experience! I don’t even want to give them one star. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. First they told us, (even though we paid in full) that we wouldn’t be able to get our cabinets installed until almost March. We ordered in December. Thankfully they rectified that. Then when they came I. I had to call the office because the worker was not wearing a mask. He installed the cabinets by mostly eyeballing and was done I correctly. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My son had a great experience with them, so I also bought their cabinets, granite countertops, and sinks 2 years ago. The wood shrunk on a few cabinets at the seams on the door creating a gap. The manufacturer would not replace these obviously defective cabinets because the warranty expired. The owners of Kitchen Cabinet Discounters purchased replacements for me out of their own pocket. This is the type of customer service this company has.
