Terrible customer service. The lady seemed annoyed with us and made us feel stupid when shopping for appliances for a shower. Very strange experience visiting that store. We politely thanked her for the information and left. We can spend our $$ somewhere else.
Non-responsive. We got glimpses of it while picking everything out for our home renovation, but our builder worked with/recommended them, so we pushed forward. We ended up spending $17,000 here for our renovation. Every interaction, they've been extremely slow to respond. There's now a crack in our soaking tub that we purchased from them. I called them in January and was told to email them photos. Four emails and two months later, I STILL haven't heard back from them.
Second time walking into this store. Older woman always at the front. Whom seems to be angry…today I walked in I said hello in a great mood, snarling she gets up (no response) walks into the back and hides. Wow!!! I at least get a greet by another person who continues to keep walking. Both time’s walking in and the air of go f yourself is how this place greets customers.
