I agree with Barbs review. I stopped in a few weeks ago because we are doing a bathroom remodel and I wanted to get inspiration and to look at the colors for the PVC shower walls. Walking in I was not greeted, and there were a few associates that were busy with other people, but not the receptionist. No one greeted me or made eye contact. I sat on the floor in the back room looking at the colors for the shower walls and was reading through the book to find out what size things come in for almost 7 mins . I am currently in the process of remodeling my bathroom, and Jessica B. assisted me through every step! She went above and beyond to make sure that I felt taken care of. In a process that I am not familiar with, she made the remodeling process easier.
