I am currently in the process of remodeling my bathroom, and Jessica B. assisted me through every step! She went above and beyond to make sure that I felt taken care of. In a process that I am not familiar with, she made the remodeling process easier. Jessica has great taste and is patient with you, even though we are not finished with the remodel, her assistance has made me want to remodel other areas of my home. Highly recommend Jessica for your remodeling needs!
Beautiful store…. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff… Jess Bailey worked with us and was so wonderful, she knows her products and gets a feel for the client’s preferences… would recommend her, and this store to anyone building or remodeling!!!!
We had the opportunity to work with Jessica at Briggs. She was absolutely amazing to work with! Went above and beyond to look for the plumbing and lighting fixtures that we wanted. She kept in touch with us throughout the selection process and made the experience very enjoyable.
We are remodeling our bathroom. We completely tore it out and we will be replacing everything... but not with anything at Briggs. It says on the website walk ins are welcome. But walk in the door and you soon realize that is not really the case. Your treated "ok" by the receptionist, but it is obvious you should have made an appointment. From our very first meeting with Carrie, I knew she was going to be awesome. She came in special for us early on a Saturday morning due to our busy work schedules and was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly.
