We had the opportunity to work with Jessica at Briggs. She was absolutely amazing to work with! Went above and beyond to look for the plumbing and lighting fixtures that we wanted. She kept in touch with us throughout the selection process and made the experience very enjoyable.
We are remodeling our bathroom. We completely tore it out and we will be replacing everything... but not with anything at Briggs. It says on the website walk ins are welcome. But walk in the door and you soon realize that is not really the case. Your treated "ok" by the receptionist, but it is obvious you should have made an appointment. From our very first meeting with Carrie, I knew she was going to be awesome. She came in special for us early on a Saturday morning due to our busy work schedules and was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. We were so fortunate to work with Jessica B. She went above and beyond to find the ceiling fans, kitchen faucets we needed. Her product knowledge was incredible. We also bought a bathtub and she held it for us for 4 weeks.. and she helped load in our suv. She is now our “go to gal.” Thank you
Briggs kitchens and Bath is a great resource for both construction and remodeling. Very helpful when you are making decisions on Kitchen and Bath design and products. Great follow up support. Jessica Bailey is the best We have ever worked with.
