Non Delivery of Service I purchased a Bathroom design which was to include the 3D design plan, budget, and schedule for $49. Sweet deal, right? Take the guess work out of what to do to update the bathroom. Wrong! Have been working with the bathroom design POC, Dave for over 2 months. He doesn't call back or follow through when he says he will call with updates until I call him requesting a call back. My patience is worn thin. They should take bath off of the title.
