Mr Wilmot, who I believes manages this business, conducts himself unprofessionally. We had a verbal agreement on a price and when he sent the contract he raised the price. Further, the contract stated the deposit was half refundable if I requested a refund before a certain date, which I did, and he refuses to refund half my deposit.
