We were very pleased with our discussion while we were there on 9/10. All of the relevant information was taken regarding our project. Unfortunately, we have still not been contacted, almost 3 weeks later. We were told the designer would reach out, in the next few days, to setup an onsite visit. Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-up from this business.
