Overall terrible experience with this company. KBS did a terrible job with installing a LVP floor in our home. The boards on the lower level have a 1/4” flex in spots. When this issue was brought to Alberto’s attention he tried to tell me that is normal for LVP. He refused to admit that his company should have used leveling compound on the lower level floor. I’m not sure if this makes him incompetent or a liar. Alberto promised an extended warranty to ensure that the floor would be covered if it didn’t stand the test of time... read more
