I recently had some remodeling work done, and while the project got off to a rocky start, the experience was completely turned around thanks to Gary. Went into show room off rt 3 on a Saturday. Only one employee there who had her toddler child running around screaming. Didn't offer to assist or show us anything. Filled out a card with my information to get a free estimate for master bath remodel. Set the date and time. Never got a remolinder or notice that they were showing but arrived late but seemed very nice and said they would have sketch in 1 weeks! We thought that was a long time but said ok.
