Updated my review from 5 stars to 1 star…almost a year later… Our experience with Kitchen and Bath Shop (KBS) started off well, but the quality of work and communication declined significantly as the project progressed. Initially, we were pleased and even left a positive review, but major issues arose after most of our payment was made. The team at Kitchen and Bath Shop Alexandria is truly terrible — not good professionals and not good people. We signed our contract with them for a small bathroom in July 2024 with work starting in Aug 2024. They told us that it would be a two-week project, though might extend to Sept 15 if materials were delayed. It's not end of December and not only is project still not done, but they don't return our call (literally, dozens of calls) or emails and on the few occasions that we do get someone to answer the phone (at the sto... read more

Don't do it. Project went well beyond schedule. The workers did not keep the project manager, Ege, aware of materials that were missing. The workers disrespected my home multiple times by blasting music and soiling my restroom MULTIPLE times without cleaning up after themselves. They tripped my breaker multiple times and I was not notified. This led to my refrigerator going out as well, which of course led to spoiled food.
