Do not hire under any circumstances! Incredibly unprofessional operation, appears to have renamed from Kitchen & Bath Shop. Signed a bath remodel contract in November 2024. Picked out finishes in Feb 2025 and my bathroom was demo'ed in May. Then the project was abandoned for four months... company stopped returning my calls, leaving me with a demolished room and a house full of construction materials. We have had the worse time with this company. We signed papers in May 2025. They took my money and it is now October 2025 with nothing completed. We have reached out to the program manager, designer, manager, and store. They consistently do not respond to any calls, messages, and emails. This was supposed to be a great experience and right now it seems like they took thousands of dollars from us. Do not use this company as they are not professional and do not communicate.
