We had a total remodel of our shower and are very pleased with the way it came out! From the design with Chesney Starnes to the actual project with Jake McGraw and Rosmery, everything went very smoothly! All of the crews that worked on our shower were very professional! All in all we give it 5 stars all around! Thank you everyone for the fantastic job! It looks absolutely beautiful!
We had a complete bathroom remodel and were extremely pleased with the results. Chesney Starnes was the senior designer who worked with us and her expertise really helped us in making choices. The project manager, Jake, kept us informed as to what time to expect deliveries and workers. Most times he was here to oversee what was being delivered and to check the progress of the workers. I am so happy with my kitchen and bathroom remodel. The entire team at kitchen and bath were so wonderful, patient and professional. They made this whole process just amazing experience.
I was very much procrastinating on having my bathroom remodeled after having been through the experience several times in the past. I would have done it sooner if I had used PI for prior renovations. I appreciate the respect given to my property, the promptness of responses to all of my questions and requests for changes/upgrades.
