My husband and I were impressed with the plush showroom. We signed a remodel contract agreement in May 2023. Start date was August. I started getting a bad intuition about the company after they cashed my check. We wanted a refund but they said in the contract there were no refunds. FYI if the work has not started by law you can get your refund. They started in September. Demolition of the bath. Work was spotty with the contractor showing up inconsistently. We are so happy with our kitchen renovation. Kitchen and Bath Decor remodeled the first floor as well, excellent outcome. So glad to have called and booked them to do this remodel.
We hired K & B Decor to do a complete home renovation for our very outdated home. They did our kitchen and both bathrooms which included everything that you can think of and then some. We found every piece in the showroom and received exemplary service and everyone else we dealt with was absolutely wonderful to work beside. We definitely recommend K & B Decor and their amazing professional team to anyone needing a home renovation.
