I hired them to accommodate my family's 4 day Airbnb stay in San Diego last month, in October of 2021. I felt that Chef Daniel was very professional and prompt with our initial contact, and very creative with his menus that he came up with for our different meals throughout each day. One of our family is vegan and one is gluten-free, both of which he tailored the menu to and didn't bat an eye at, but rather embraced with the same creativity.
