Staff made me feel comfortable and they were knowledgeable.
Dr. Kitch is a fantastic dr.
I had a 2:45PM appointment with Dr. Kitch to review my sleep study results (I left work 2 hours early for this appointment) I got there early and checked in. Staff were cordial and notified me that Dr. Kitch was running a little behind. Then...I sat. Until 3:40PM. No updates. No word. Nothing. Just sat and watched every other patient come and go.
