The absolute nightmare dealing with company. Very unprofessional, rude, do not listen, do not care. It is company's culture from mgt to staff. Avoid any any cost!
This is the worst customer service I have encountered in my 10 years after college.Very rude, does not understand basic human needs and wants.Very disrespectful from the top to the bottom.Looks like it is company culture that is derived from their top mgt.Avoid at any cost!
Worst company ever! They will harass you nonstop even when your payment is only a day late.
This company exists only to take advantage of people with little other options for assistance. They charge obscene interest rates, will hound you constantly even if you're a day late. They will call several times a day 7 days a week over something as little as $5, yet completely ignore you should they owe you something. I am still dealing with this company for my car payments. I have had a very rough year. From dealing with a domestic violence trial, being sick with vertigo and Covid on and off, medical leave, financial hardships, etc. I have expressed my situation to Kitch since the beginning. Horrible Customer Service. I have legal Power of Attorney for my brother and I have forwarded it to them to get an account number to set up an online account and update his mailing address. Jennifer is REFUSING to accept the POA because she says "Our attorney will not accept the document unless the “attorney in fact” signature line is signed". If you know anything about POA's they do not have to be signed by an attorney it can by signed by the person giving the Durable POA and notarized by a notary. Under Indiana law, the pe... read more
I have not had one problem with Kitch. Because of their willingness to work with me, I am able to drive a good car. Make your payments on time, communicate with them honestly and you will have no problems. Thank you Kitch!
They operate their business trying to intimidate and bully for collections. Will come to house even break the law to intimidate.
