Worst customer service I have ever experienced, the girl with the orange/yellow curly hair had forgot about my order. I just ordered one açaí bowl and it took over 30 minutes, it sucked seeing everyone get there order who had ordered after me for 30 minutes. It was busy but this is unacceptable, I am a shy person and I don’t like confrontation but I had to speak up about my order because the workers didn’t care I was waiting for such a long time when I didn’t even have a big order. Oh yeah that Peanut Butter Coffee Shake was not good! It was just a bland ice drink for $10 SMH
food is fine but the customer service is AWFULLL like why are they so rude???
I had the best experience with one of the baristas (Mari) she makes my brazillian coffee perfectly and you can tell she really cares about the end product. I want her making my drink every time!
Slowest service ever it took 15 minutes to get an order taken with three employees working and one person in line.
