The food is delicious, and everything about this place is wonderful! The customer service is great, and the store is always very clean. I’m so happy to have this place here in Redmond!
Don’t spend your money here: Service needs to be much better. No welcome in, no hello, etc… I walk in go to the pickup counter wait a good 5 minutes for the to acknowledge me I’m literally inches away from the workers there and still no hello or do I need something. Then I decide to wait by register as that’ll be the only way for them to speak to me and then I said I have a mobile order and said “okay” and walks it over to the pickup area. lol this is a joke. Great service and ambiance, food is really good with a bunch of options for breakfast or brunch.
I was in yesterday because I love the food and coffee however I was humiliated for mentioning that the bathroom was low on toilet paper. I was literally yelled at by a male barista in front of other customers and made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and actually afraid of his anger towards me. I left in tears and they would not give me the contact to the owner.
