Some of the best coffee I've ever had
I’ve been here multiple times and have had bad service each time. The people working do not address me, continue prepping orders and then address other people instead of me. They put in a kiosk which is just an iPad that doesn’t function when it came to paying. The breads are ok and the coffee is decent and the bowls are good. Just real strange customer service. Ordering online might help avoid the poorly trained teens behind the service counter.
Bought the Lena bowl and it was frozen couldn’t eat it.(normally not frozen hard) got a hot coffee they gave me a cup that was damaged and I burned my thigh, I went back to ask for a different cup, so I proceeded to explained what happened why I needed a new cup both employees looked at each other laughed and the guy decided for some reason to give me attitude ( I think he thought I was there to complain all I wanted was a new cup) he was very rude no care in the world no Hey I’m sorry that happened what can I do to help? ….... read more
