This is a great company with lots of positives. The culture is changing in the right direction. For example - Kit now has a prescription eyewear program that allows our workers to obtain a set of prescription eyewear once they have reached 91 days of employment. We expect our employees to work safe while also being productive. You can definitely tell that each half built is a competition between crews and you can definitely tell the side who comes in last place, and obviously no quality control to correct the manufactured issues, steer clear from this builder, trust me

This place is a horrible place to work. Horrible management and bosses. They take pride in the ones who are rude and don't care for there job. They just let people break other peoples material but tell others your are fired for wasting material. Rude to everyone who doesn't kiss up to there ego. Jared and Mark DEFFINETLY have no respect for others and how people work and they talk trash in a little group about people and lie.
