If I could give Kit 10 stars, I would. I am a seasoned mover as I have moved fifteen times across the country. Kid is by far the best realtor I have ever used. She both sold my house on the west side of cleveland and found me a wonderful ranch in Mentor, (when it is almost impossible to find a ranch in Mentor:). Enough said, she is the best and she KNOWS Cleveland.
This is long overdue, but I can’t say enough about how amazing Kit is! Both as a realtor, and as a person. She helped me buy my first home 10 years ago as a brand new homebuyer, and then recently helped me sell that very same house. The selling process wasn’t the easiest, but Kit stayed in constant contact with me, provide reassurance every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done!
Kit was fabulous to work with and sold my house in a week! She has a knack for marketing and truly has her clients best interests at heart. I’m so exciting to continue to work with her on another sale and then a purchase!
