I have never been so impressed with a braid shop!! Ive been to many, including in home service, and no one has ever completed my hair so fast. The end result is clean and precise. Im extremely happy. I booked next week for my daughter and neice to get their hair braided also. Prices are fair and they have hair there for purchase so a one stop shop (anyone that’s gotten their hair braided knows that we never buy enough hair lol) Highly recommend if your researching, just stop here! I am so upset to say I did not have a good experience here. I have been going to this shop for many years unfortunately there is poor time management and lack of professionalism. I waited half the day To have a braid takedown once I arrived I was told a specific stylist would take my braids down. This was not the case I was put with a stylist that was not friendly did not speak to me. She even laughed in my face. I made an appointment for my daughters hair over a week ago. Paid the money online for the appointment. Her appointment was scheduled 11-4. We arrived 15 min early. My daughter did not even get started until 2 hrs after we arrived. She finally got finished at 6:30pm. My poor girl sat there for over 7 hrs. They did a great job on her hair and the prices are very reasonable but they need to do a little better on time management
They are the best braid shop. I had great experience with them, I love my hairstyles. Very clean place. I recommend KISY Braid Creations to anyone.
