I wish i could give this company 0 stars. The most unprofessional property management and staff I have ever come across. Have had nothing but trouble since we moved in here. In an 8 story apartment building there is two elevators and since MARCH one has been broken... it is now nearly OCTOBER and the one is still down with no apparent plan for repair. I lived at 131 Allen St. I have nothing but great things to say about where I lived and the company. Whenever I had an issue, maintenance was there pretty quickly to take care of it. The office staff was always super nice to me as well. I remember the front desk person waited for me because it was the last day that I could drop off the rent and it was around 4:50pm when I had gotten on the bus.
