I want to start off by saying Dr. Mark Palazzolo was the BEST! I had the best experience with him. I moved north and the closest location to me was Oviedo so I gave it a shot. I had so many problems from being told one thing and then it turn into something else and also a health scare. Next I tried Oviedo location for my new pregnancy. My due date was moved around then I was told to get blood work done and then there was errors and needed to be done again. They set appointment but yet you sit for a period of 2-3 hrs, head towards the back empty rooms employee walking talking about what they doing for the weekend. Worst worst worst of all...I have errands and other appointments take that inconsideration!
Slow, they overbook appointments and make people wait 3 hours for an appointment. Very poor scheduling. Very unhappy with these offices.
I'm not one to complain often, especially when it comes to busy places; I love my doctor, and I love this office, but every appointment (other than my first, when I was a new patient) has been 2+ hours after my scheduled time. If I'm 10+ minutes late then my appointment gets rescheduled but when I show up early I'm required to wait 2+ hours for a room to be available and then another 30+ minutes to be seen by my doctor? I understand some appointments run a little long, and sometimes doctors are late, but I only get seen once... read more
