I'm not one to complain often, especially when it comes to busy places; I love my doctor, and I love this office, but every appointment (other than my first, when I was a new patient) has been 2+ hours after my scheduled time. If I'm 10+ minutes late then my appointment gets rescheduled but when I show up early I'm required to wait 2+ hours for a room to be available and then another 30+ minutes to be seen by my doctor?
