RecommendedIt is like a small home town.Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, not at all difficult to make new friends. Lots of things going on. The staff are always ready to help out if you need something. Looking forward to coming again this Winter.

RecommendedWayne and I moved here in February 2019. We love it here! Staff is friendly and helpful, neighbors are awesome. Atmosphere here is quiet, wild birds to watch, love the ponds. We are very happy here. Best decision to move here ever !
No internet unless you pay extra. Air TV only. You have to pay extra for electricity which is poor. Water tastes terrible. Office staff is unfriendly and does not return emails or phone calls. Won’t stay here again. The nearby KOA is a much better site and bargain.
This is a fun place with lots of friendly people, convenience, and nature. It's the perfect mix of everything you look for.

RecommendedThank you to the people of this community to consider me on Thanksgiving. I am spending the holiday away from home and away from my family. It was very thoughtful to bring me a full thanksgiving dinner. It meant a lot.
RecommendedA true community! In the short amount of time we have been here, the residents have welcomed us with open arms into their Park family. Amenities are superior to other parks we have visited. They are making upgrades to some of their facilities. I cant wait to enjoy them upon completion.
