RecommendedI would honestly say if you want teeth work dont and no time for jokes heres your office I was in at 945 and out by 11 I went in they prepped me right way doc. came in and got the work dont ASAP before I new what was going on I was back in the arms of my husband being lifted into the truck got home crashed on the couch for a couple hours woke up and now waiting on some eatable food. This is day ONE.

Me and my wife received horrible service from them. Front desk lady with glasses gave us an ugly attitude and said bad things about us (deaf). We drove all the way to this place from deltona and they deny us. They aren't give us a ASL interpreter on their own but want to use our insurance to cover for interpreter which it will NOT cover. They must be stupid. We will make this go viral and sue them for what they did to us. They didn't even apologize to us nothing at all.

After looking into this, I’ve discovered that you an interpreter wasn’t initially requested and wanted to handle this on your own. Our doctor decided in his best judgement to bring you back with an interpreter to avoid any miscommunication, which he believed vital in this scenario. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spent months trying to schedule. Get there to be told I won't be seen due to a miscommunication on their part. The staff do not care about your time and take no accountability. I took off work and had this scheduled for weeks. Not flexible and extremely unreasonable.

Im sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately we take some insurances that have their own specific process that we and the the patient have to follow. We are one of the only oral surgery office that takes these insurances and this type of backfire is one of the reasons why most offices don't do the work. Despite these potential bad reviews created by the insurance process we still keep on taking them and have been doing it for 6 years.
