10/10 every appointment
I arrived around 12:57 and my appointment was at 1:00 for a pedicure. When I walked in, someone was already being serviced. I understand that appointments can run behind, but she did not start on my pedicure until 1:40. She did not apologize nor did she offer any discount for her tardiness. As a first time customer, it really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I am new to the area, and Alexis was more than welcoming. I appreciate the experience, as she makes the booking tailored to your needs, rather than focusing on the hustle and bustle of in and out, and moving on to the next client. It was truly a time to wind down, relax, and treat myself to self-care. BTW, I love my nails and have received several compliments. (Service: Gel X and Pedicure) Thank you, Alexis.
Alexis at Kissed and Klawed is the best! Very professional and the nail art is ON POINT. I always look forward to getting my nails done by her and never disappoints 🙌
