This was actually a horrible nail experience. They did not listen and all my nails are lopsided. They did not do a manicure as I asked, so my cuticles look horrible. My daughter’s nails did not come out the way she asked because her nail tech did not listen either. This is actually my worst experience getting my nails done in Jersey. And I will definitely not be back. I usually leave a tip. I did not because the work was shotty and mediocre at best. I’ve been coming here for about five years now and I have not been disappointed with my Nail Tech Eliana aka Eli. She is absolutely amazing every time I show her a design or I’m undecided of something she knows actually what to do. She definitely hooks a girl up. I rarely get manicures, but I went here with a friend who wanted a pedicure before our trip. My friends talked me into getting one instead of just waiting. When we arrived, the lady said it would only be a few minutes, but it was closer to a 30 minute wait. The lady who did my nails didn't talk to me at all, and when my manicure was done she took me back to a table that had air to dry my nails and didn't tell me how long to wait.
