This small cafe is on the alley directly across from the hall of justice and has four tables and another dozen seats along a wall. The menu is limited but the food is good and the quantity is large. There’s free water with glass containers you can bring to your seat. We ordered two bulgabi bowls, one a mini and the other the regular. Both had broccoli, chap chai, brown rice and a lot of beef. Both got the cupbap. A decent portion of food but super average taste-wise, no sauce in it so pretty flavorless, atmosphere is so weird. Combination of Mexican Hawaiian Korean. None of the bowls come with kimchi which is crazy for a place called kiss my Seoul. Bulgogi just tastes and looks like beef teriyaki. Don’t think I’d ever come again and shocked at the other ratings.
