I showed up for my schedule make-up appointment, and Ericka didn't show! She accepted my appointment along with a 100$ deposit.. (Family Christmas Photos) She gave ZERO care when I told her I couldn't wait 3-5 days for a refund.I needed that money to go towards my services today for another MUA. Absolutely LOVE Chaniya, she is extremely friendly & professional. I go to her to get my ends trimmed (def possesses growing hands) & for all my crazy Pinterest ideas .I’ve seen such a big improvement on my hair health . Highly recommended
