I needed my leaves removed and bushes trimmed before the holidays. I had family coming over at the last minute. I was so thankful that Kiss My Grass was able to get it done in time as promised on such short notice. I was impressed with their work and will be using them again.

Ms.Lindsey B. Your claim is untruthful. We completed services at your property on two occasions 8/8/16 and 8/23/16 both in which we cut the front and back of property as requested and for the price agreed upon on the estimate. We did not hear from you at all until we contacted you regarding payment. Payments are due within 10 days of service and you still have NOT made payment. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the owner as well, he is a complete jerk and extremely unprofessional. He actually drove to my house and started yelling at me, pulled out his phone and started recording me and saying that he was going to take me to court and sue me over $90 because I did not pay him because he refused to have his people come back and actually cut my yard like they were supposed to. Omg just had the owner tell me pretty much since I wasn't happy with his service move on I was the smallest job as far as HOA goes and 200.00 was lowest ever paid so pretty much he said shut up and be happy. He was not pleasant. I advised him I was not happy with his half Azz job he was like I don't care arguing with the customer only because she was not happy with his work will never use him again. I'm in real estate could have had several referrals.

I just had the same experience as dawn today. Called John ( the owner ) to complain about services not completed, and he threw a terrible fit like a spoiled 2 year old, he cussed me out something terrible. As of now I'm discontinuing his services. He needs to be much more respectful to his customers. In addition to not completing work they destroyed many of my plants. And I would have to call them constantly for service.

My experience was similar to Dawn's - these guys are on drugs!! Got a flyer and scheduled them to cut lawn. As I pulled up to my yard, I could see lawn hadn't been edged, gutters had grass so it hadn't been blown. When I complained, got cussed at and called names!! What type of business does that?? You know what kind!! And I'd bet $ that only women get treated this way!
