My first, but definitely not my last, experience with Chuck and his team from Kiss My Glass. Excellent, professional, thorough. Love my beautiful clean windows.
I have utilized Kiss My Glass to clean our home's windows for the last several years. I have been very satisfied with the scheduling and communication. Chuck's team is very efficient and does a great job!
****UPDATE Yes, KISS MY GLASS did issue me a check for a full refund. I'm just sorry it took writing this review to get attention. In the beginning, Chuck was wonderful. He wanted to make sure you were very happy with the service his company provided. I think it states on the invoice don’t pay until happy. I used him a few times and it was good. Unfortunately the last time I used him, he did not give me notification of the date they were coming to clean my window. So I get an invoice for services rendered. Well my screens w... read more
So far, they came out promptly and gave us a quote, which we accepted. Stay tuned until early June when they do the work.
Had Kiss My Glass clean our windows and doors . Incredibly hard to access " eyebrow" windows in contemporary home about 20 feet height cleaned better than they have ever been. All of the windows and sliders all very dirty came out like new. Chuck and team were excellent , courteous and professional . Exceeded our expectations . Super to work with .
