I have been to KKBB twice. Once to the Fishers location and once to the Carmel location. I had a third appointment scheduled (at Carmel) and was running late due to an event downtown. I tried calling several times to ensure that my stylist was aware and seeking advisement on what I should do if I was late. No one answered the phone. I left two voice messages. My hair needed complete transformation because I have 98% pre mature grey hair. My Goal was to colour but with less frequent visit to the salon. I loved the outcome of first colouring session. 2nd time, Billie adjusted /changed lighter colour keeping in mind of the goal. Billie does great job in what she does. Recommendation - For clients spending hours, they can least offer some snacks and not just water.
