They could improve by repairing and replacing parts on vehicles that there equipment breaks they say they will to get you out the door then call days later and tell you it's not getting fixed very shady people and business
They tore my bumper back and blamed it on me
I just pulled up about five minutes ago. As I'm pulling up there is a truck in line and they close at 8pm. The guy working just walked out from the control room and put a sign out in front of me blocking my car from pulling up. Then he just walked away. That's some great customer service.
Just had my mirror broken in their washer. They wouldn't even give me my $8 back or go grab the piece that flew off inside their facility
