She did an amazing job! I had come to her to help fix my extremely brassy and stubborn hair. She wishes she was able to do better with getting the brassiness out but made the decision to keep it where she got it so my hair wasn’t damaged. when I came home to get a better look i actually loved the color!!! Staff are super friendly and stayed a little late to finish styling. Will definitely be coming back:)

Had a great first experience with Melissa. She listened to everything I was looking for in a haircut and was really knowledgeable. It turned out exactly how I wanted it! I’ll definitely be back when I need a cut again!

Incredible experience, I was late unexpectedly and they were so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Melissa was very professional and helped me achieve the look I was going for - but tailored it to my face perfectly. I asked for cleaned up ends, long layers and angling. When she asked if I wanted to keep the length I said yes, expecting at least 2-3 inches off like every other haircut I’ve had… but to my astonishment I can’t even tell that she took anything off. Amazing first time at Kisner’s! I came in with long hair that felt heavy and hard to manage, and Melissa gave me beautiful invisible layers that took off the weight without changing my style. She was so kind and really listened to what I wanted. Shoutout to Kristin for stepping in to help with the blow-dry and to the espresso that kept me going for the afternoon!
