I was so excited to try this place for the first time and the monthly special was a vegetarian pita so I went for it! & was bitterly disappointed :( The ingredients should have been delicious but the pita was so drenched in a pink vinaigrette it burned my tongue and the bread was completely soaked. I was shocked when I saw how much of the sauce bled through everywhere. I really want Kismet Rotisserie to be a four star place. Part of the reason is the sourcing. In a world where you increasingly have no idea what kind of chicken you’re eating, Kismet tells you: free-range, non GMO, antibiotic free, air chilled, California raised chicken from Sonoma County. Really great food! No ambiance, but great for a takeaway! Everything is tasty and the presentation is creative! The hummus is really delicious as is the tahini sauce.
