Kismet Property is the embodiment of everything terrible about trying to rent from a property management company and not actual humans. I wouldn't recommend Kismet to nobody.I gave a 30 day notice, cleaned my apartment, and returned my keys and was told I would be receiving my deposit back once a walk thru was done.I had to pay for a whole month's rent even tho I wasn't staying there even with a written 30 day notice I called them everyday no answer.The people in the office are very rude I was lied to about receiving my deposit back and after all this I still didnt receive my deposit.They never fix anything but always want their rent and always increase the ... read more
