Thank you for excellent service. My daughter loves the Boot socks and Headbands and neck scarf. Your sales associate was so wonderful, texting me pictures of items to choose from. I lost my son to cancer and dragonflies signify something very special to me. It was something I shared with my son. I went into the store and saw a beautiful dragonfly with a very special saying and the tears came. Caryn asked me if I was ok and I told her why I was cryung. She went to the back and brought out a little velvet bag and put the dragonfly in this bag and gave it to me along with a big hug. It's nice to know that there are.people out there who have a kind heart for those of us who have a broken heart.
Caryn out does herself again!!!! Thank you caryn for being AMAZING and having the best gifts and gift wrapping them!!! Hands down my favorite shop on Main Street!
I cannot praise Caryn and her staff more. I come from Nassau county to shop here, as well as getting all my gifts and many purchases sent to me throughout the year. I recommend this store to anybody that is shopping in Cold Spring.
Went into the store and was given the coldest shoulder EVER!! The lady wrapping gifts in the back was very warm and welcoming; the ones in the front however, never spoke to us, didn't say hello, welcome, how can we help you... nothing just ugly rude looks. Won't go into this store again! Cute stuff but rude people. Grandkids wanted several things.... nope, sorry...
