Extremely rude and unprofessional! My relative went in because they were having kidney pain and peeing blood. He was very condescending. He told them that they were making it up and that there was nothing wrong with them. Encouraged them to go swimming to strengthen their back. My relative left a review and the review was deleted. No wonder they have such a high rating. I would never want anyone else to experience how rudely he treated them. I would leave ZERO stars if I was allowed.
