I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Dipti Patel. I came to my appointment informed, confident, and expecting respect—but instead I felt dismissed, patronized, and talked down to. Do not recommend. Check your after visit summary prior to getting lab work done. Shady billing practice of adding completely unnecessary tests during annual physicals that are not covered by insurance because they are not normal standard tests. They put a side note it in the after visit summary and state that you were then made aware and are responsible for the bill. Insurance will deny payment for the tests and you are stuck paying out of pocket for test you would never have done. Thats the last dollar you will ever get fro... read more

Don't use northwestern. Literally will have you go around in circles with referrals then diagnose to never treat and tell you to come back every year so they can charge you. It's a business they want you sick so you have to come back.
