Absolutely awful service; both dealing with their plumber and receptionist. Completely unprofessional.
I honestly don't understand how this guy is in business. Zim installed my system two years ago, and I've had problems with it ever since. I can’t even get a hold of anyone when I call. I know they see my messages.
