I went to Dr. Patel’s office in Garden City a few weeks ago and I had a pleasant experience. Short wait time and the staff was nice. Dr. Patel himself is professional, but also almost makes it feel like you’re speaking to a friend which I appreciated. You can tell he actually cares and that makes all the difference!
Treatment with Great comfort & essential guidance .
This doctor is cocky arrogant and his bedside manner is disgusting! He did nothing for me but give me an Ace bandage. When I needed a high ankle sprain brace/ boot. He wouldn't even let me speak and interrupted me immediately saying to me "CAN I SPEAK"! Disgusting bedside manor, oh and if you're a smoker stay away from him if you need surgery. He does not do surgery on anyone who smokes or anyone who's using patches to quit! Sounds like a loonie! Terrible visit to an orthopedic getting no help at all!! Stay away.
