Called in today and the lady was extremely rude telling me with as if she was upset "We accept Mclaren but were NOT accepting new patients!" as if I had said something wrong and while she was eating. These places are disgraceful and I'm going to look into being able to report these experiences to the state of Michigan. As a home healthcare agency owner I can imagine how residents are being treated at these places. We all deserve a common courtesy of respect and dignity.
